Ocean Wise Program
Ocean Wise is a program that helps consumers identify sellers, processors and species from good renewable sources.
Marine Stewardship Council
The MSC performs extensive analysis all over the world and certifies sound renewable species and fisheries.

Aquaculture Stewardship Council
The ASC ensures that aquaculture farms that are part of their accreditation respects a number of requirements related to the food they grow, the humans that work there, and the location of the farm.

Food Safety & Quality
All of our suppliers have HACCP Certification, and the majority are also GFSI Certified with BRC Certificates.
GFSI Certification
The GFSI-Global Food Safety Initiative certification is administered by an organization that accredits standards such as BRC-British Retail Council, SQF-Safe Quality Foods or IFS-International Featured Standards to meet criteria and standards and strict food safety practices. This ensures that the product comes from certified factories producing under stringent conditions for the benefit of consumers. More than 90% of Pearlmark's suppliers are GFSI certified.
HACCP Certification
The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points are the normative standards for the seafood industry to meet. All our suppliers must meet these standards or be within a process to finalize their plant to operate within an HACCP processing facility.
